Popular Canadian alternative pop band Valley takes pride in how their hometown, Toronto, has shaped their career and identity as a tight three-piece group. Affectionately referring to the melting pot city as 'Lazy New York,' Rob Laska, Alex Dimauro and Karah James explain 'Toronto has that same energy, music, culture and history, but just a little more laid back.'

Some might say Toronto was late to the party in terms of being classed as a ‘music city’. Those that did probably didn’t look hard enough. If that was the case… Toronto has arrived. It’s become a powerhouse of different sounds and silky venues. From the late-night, low-light music bars, to the thumping theatre halls.

"This is just such an iconic room with so much history. We consider it Toronto’s ‘Radio City Music Hall’ — you name an artist, and they’ve probably played here. There’s no other venue in the world that feels like Massey Hall. It’s right in the heart of the city."

"This is the perfect outdoor venue right by the water. There’s a show happening there every single night during the summer, and you can always grab some lawn seats with friends last minute and have a great night. Growing up, we all had some really special nights taking the train in from our hometowns and walking over to see Green Day, Paramore, and so many more influential bands."

"This venue is on the east side of Toronto in a quieter neighborhood, but it’s near a movie theater, so you might catch an early movie before the show! We love this venue, and it’s been a dream to headline here for a few years now. The last show we saw there was Noah Kahan. HISTORY sounds amazing and has an almost “in the round” feeling that makes it really intimate despite being quite large."
