Aaron Glasson looks for beauty in every place he visits. It’s a lens that has put the artist in good stead throughout his globe-trotting career, starting from his native New Zealand to Japan, Sri Lanka, and around the US. His frequent trips abroad, combined with his upbringing in the open fields of Karaka in New Zealand’s north, have informed the themes of interconnection, community and ecology that pervade his multidisciplinary work.
