Anna Sulan Masing is a London-based academic, writer and podcaster whose work covers food, drink and what it can tell us about politics and identity. Growing up across Australia and New Zealand, Anna is now based in London, where she completed a PhD in the storytelling of the Iban — her father’s indigenous peoples. However, it’s Kuching, the capital of Malaysia’s Sarawak province, that she calls home.
