For Michelin star-winning chef and restaurateur Christian Puglisi, early life in Messina, Sicily, brought with it a love of natural ingredients. That same love and the emerging desire in Denmark to consider where our food comes from and the journey it takes to our plate drew him to Copenhagen – “from one gastronomic country to another”.
