In a career spanning over twenty years, Courtney has progressed throughout a series of roles in the arts: from serving as a museum visitor host and a visual arts correspondent for Radio New Zealand to working her way up to respected positions within Wellington’s most lauded art galleries. Now, as chief executive at Te Papa, New Zealand’s national museum, she’s the steward of one of the country’s most revered institutions.
