For Damian Eley, that has meant branching out from his career beginnings in Sydney, Australia, to take in New York, London and now Los Angeles, where he has set up his latest agency The Many. Working in a city he believes is at the forefront of creativity and production has motivated him to successful endeavors with the likes of Netflix, Red Bull and Tripadvisor, with no sign of slowing down.
