"There's a lot of good coffee shops here. If you want egg coffee, Zarn/Giang coffee is really good. Egg coffee is very traditional — basically raw egg and then they mix it up with sugar. It's like a meal. But it's really, really good."

On every corner there's people selling like coconuts or tea, and then people stop there and drink. It's a very peaceful energy there. It's a really beautiful area. I think for me, that’s the Hanoi vibe."

"TÁCH SPACES is in the center of the city. During the day, it's a café, and then it also has a restaurant and an art space. And then at night it translates to kind of a nightclub. It has great DJs, and they sometimes have daytime events where you can DJ outside, and people can come for sunset and just enjoy the music. This one is really cool — all the cool people in Hanoi go there."

Born in the south of Germany, Levi moved to Berlin and then London (and back again) before deciding to reconnect with her roots in Vietnam. She began trying her hand at spinning decks in her new home of Ho Chi Minh City. And within five months, she was playing her first Boiler Room set. Although based in the frenetic Ho Chi Minh City, Levi finds comfort and calm in her family home of Hanoi, where an appreciation for culture and creativity runs deep.
