After a chance remark at a high school dance inspired him to become a stuntman, Sydney-born Nash Edgerton quit university to pursue the idea. Teaming up with his brother — actor Joel Edgerton — he used his resourcefulness and drive to carve a career, graduating to acting, directing and writing, as well as co-founding homegrown Australian film company Blue-Tongue Films. Catch Nash’s stunting in Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings or Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood and his directing in Netflix’s Bodkin. Splitting his time between LA and Sydney, Nash spent the two years of Covid lockdown in his hometown. It was during this time he knuckled down and explored the city anew, reopening his eyes to Sydney’s unwavering charm.
