Situated in Madrid’s Las Letras district, Rocio’s shop — Real Fábrica Española — has a two-pronged mission. To help people get to know the best authentic craftspeople from around the country but also to build a stronger sense of community between producers and the general public. When Rocio is not darting across the country nurturing relationships with the craft community, she’s taking her dog through Madrid’s best parks or seeking out the city’s best callos.
