Actor Silma López shot to fame in Netflix's hit series Valeria. The Madrid-born actor plays Lola, the self-assured best friend of the show's protagonist and namesake. The show, which released its first series in 2020, tells the story of a tight-knit group of women in their early thirties (think Spain's answer to Sex and the City) as they fall in and out of love against the backdrop of Madrid's grand boulevards and narrow calles.
