150 W 17th St, New York, NY 10011, United States"The Rubin Museum of Art in Chelsea shows Tibetan art and really fascinating artifacts from Tibet that are hundreds and thousands of years old. The top floor has really good contemporary art. My favorite part of the entire space is this prayer room where you sit and meditate in front of what looks like an old temple. You feel like you're transported to a completely different place."

886
Taiwanese Restuarant
26 St Marks Pl, New York, NY 10003, United States"886 is a Taiwanese restaurant named after the area code for Taiwan. They specialize in Taiwanese five spice popcorn chicken. They also have something called Lo Ba Beng, which is braised pork on rice. They do this kind of fusion where they put the Taiwanese fried chicken in burger buns; that's really, really good."

Veselka
Ukrainian Restaurant
144 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003, United States"My favorite restaurant in New York is Veselka. I feel like it's the food that a Ukrainian grandmother would cook for me. Everything on the menu is fab but my go-to is their veal goulash over some egg noodles with a cup of borscht. I’ve had it at least 20 times. Get that and your day will be so much better."
