"They've got a restaurant called Pier Burger on the very start of the pier, which is one of my favorite burger places in the entire city. It's one of the first burgers I had in LA. It tastes of good memories and nostalgia."

"The Theme Building is this space age structure that's at LAX. It's so unique and unlike any other building in the city. It's the first thing you see when you land as well as the last thing you see when you fly home. I always get this weird, like, mix of excitement and sadness when I see it. I'm either just about to start my adventure in LA or I'm having to leave."

"The Cinerama Dome was an iconic movie theater on Sunset Boulevard. I'd been to the site so many times, just because I love the architecture. It's got the dome, a curved cinema screen, which is how projectors worked back in the day. But just another good example of modernism, which is one of my favorite styles."

"The Stahl House, which is nestled into the hills above LA, has incredible views of LA, the city is part of the architecture and they bleed into each other. I recently went for a sunset tour and it changed my life."
