"I think one of the nicest places is New Farm Park. The sunsets like over the city, it's just such a pretty park. You can go down by the water or be up near the Rose Garden. When we have friends visiting, we usually try to take them there for a picnic."

"There's a really good coffee place in Stafford called Elixir Coffee. Having had coffee in a lot of places, even Melbourne coffee, Elixir I think is the best."

"There’s a restaurant in Woolloongabba called Detour. They have like a plant based section of their menu and they've got this broccoli with crispy quinoa and like vegan butter, and it's just like the best broccoli I've ever had in my life."

"If we have a day off and feel like going somewhere doing something we’ll often go to Noosa. It's like the most beautiful beach I think in the whole world. And it's like the most beautiful walk where it's like the ocean and the coastline. You're just like walking along between the National Park and the ocean. I always feel very grateful to live in Brisbane, when I can be there experiencing that."

"I think Black Bear Lodge is a really special one. That is where we played some of our first ever shows before we were even like, actually a band. And we've seen like, so many friends play there. I remember seeing Mall Rat play there in like 2017, I think it was like the day that the same sex marriage bill was passed and so Sam, Bridie and I were like celebrating that and then had the Mall Rat show that night and it was just like the best day and night ever."
